How will my order be packaged?  Items are gift wrapped in a little pink candy stripe paper bag, sealed in a small padded envelope and sent 1st class recorded delivery.

How long do I have to wait to receive my item? I try my hardest to get all my items packaged and posted within a week. If your item is taking a while to get to you, I will send its tracking code and use this to tell you where abouts it is on its way to you! (If your item is not being delivered in the UK, I use air mail).

Oh, an item I want to buy is ‘Sold out’, what can I do? Send me an email with the name of the design and how many you would like to buy. I will reply telling you if i can make more, and how long this will be expected to take. At this point you can send me payment and I can get to work! I tend to run out of designs very quickly as I do not ‘mass produce’ my jewellery due to being a one-woman industry who likes to put obsessive care and attention into each piece.

How secure is your shop? This shop uses PayPal for its monetary transactions. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to mine using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). You can rest assured along with the 164 million Paypal users neither I, nor anybody else will be able to view your bank details when you buy from me.

I’d like to donate a photo of me wearing my Sugar Mouse purchase to your customer gallery. How do I do that? Submit a photo here, and you will be rewarded with a 20% discount code!

My jewellery has broken! What can I do? This thankfully hasn’t happened to any of my customers yet, but I know how annoying it can be when your favourite piece breaks, and is consigned to the bottom of your jewellery box. If something horrid befalls your purchase within a month, I am happy to do what I can to fix it free of charge. Beyond a month, you can buy spare chains etc from me for £1.00, and I will happily fix your item for a further £1.00 charge.
